Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to manage end-to-end ticketing operations for corporate events. The role involves handling flight, train, hotel ticketing, coordination with vendors, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for delegates, speakers, artists, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle airline, rail, and hotel bookings for corporate events

Coordinate ticketing requirements for delegates, speakers, VIPs, and crew

Manage group bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds

Liaise with airlines, travel agents, hotels, and vendors for best rates

Maintain accurate ticketing records, invoices, and MIS reports

Ensure adherence to event timelines and travel schedules

Provide on-ground or remote support during live events if required

Handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in ticketing or travel coordination

Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred)

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Good command over MS Excel and documentation

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Profile

Experience in corporate events, MICE, or event logistics

Ability to multitask during peak event days

Flexible with working hours during events
