Role Overview: As a ticketing executive, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of ticketing operations. This includes PNR creation, issuance, reissuance, changes/cancellations, and rescheduling. Your expertise in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is crucial for performing these tasks efficiently. You will be expected to work well under pressure and possess a good understanding of international routing. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage PNRs for bookings - Issue tickets and handle reissuances, changes, and cancellations - Use GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre effectively - Demonstrate knowledge of international routing - Interact with airlines and customers to provide assistance - Generate revenue for the company through ticketing operations - Maintain stability in your work and demonstrate good written English skills - Be willing to work in a 24x7 work environment Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ticketing operations - Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre - Good geographical knowledge including city codes, airport codes, airline hubs, routing, and countries' capitals - Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure - Willingness to work in a demanding environment with flexibility in working hours (Note: PF/Insurance/TA benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package.)
