𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 🔸 Dealing with US/Canadian passengers over the call helping them to make the flight reservation. 🔸Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 🔸Handle inbound calls from brand websites, organic/generic leads, and PPC campaigns. 🔸Generate MCOs or apply markups to meet monthly sales targets. 🔸Provide competitive flight options and convert leads into bookings. 🔸Must have working knowledge of GDS-Amadeus. 🔸Strong understanding of U.S./Canada geography is essential. 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲: 🔸 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 🔸Energetic, motivated, and performance-driven. 🔸Comfortable working in a 24x7x365 environment. 🔸Prior experience in the U.S. travel sales market is highly preferred.
