Job Description

In this role as a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks related to ticketing and ensuring smooth operations in the travel industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, and Rescheduling. - Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc. is essential. - Ability to perform effectively under pressure. - Good understanding of International Routing. - Interaction with Airlines and customers to provide excellent service. - Revenue generation for the company. - Strong written English skills. - Willingness to work 24x7. As a desired candidate, you should possess the following qualifications: - Good geographical knowledge including City codes, Airport codes, Airline hubs, Routing, and Countries" capitals. - Background of stability in previous roles.,
