Travel Administrator

Create detailed travel itineraries based on clients' preferences. Book transportation, accommodations, and other travel services. Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination details, travel advisories, and itinerary changes. Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and client requirements. Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly. Collaborate with vendors, airlines, and hotels to obtain the best rates and services. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications. Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and regulations. Qualifications For Freshers, Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or Travel Management, or any degree or certification in a related field. For Experienced Candidates, At least 2 years of experience in a travel-related role Strong customer service skills and a passion for travel. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
