1. Scheduling vehicle maintenance with all other departments.
2. Schedule Preventive Maintenance.
3. Schedule Periodic Maintenance.
4. Manage the Tyres and all service records.
5. Ensure all vehicles are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
6. Monitoring refueling of vehicles and improve the KMPL
7. Monitoring Maintenance Expenses monthly basis.
8. Monitoring Maintenance bills and reduce cost.
9. Monitor and track vehicle performance and maintenance records.
10. Develop and manage the fleet maintenance budget.
11. Provide training and support to maintenance staff.
12. Ensure the availability of necessary parts and equipment.
13. Manage the old spare parts to scrap.
14. Ensure the cleanliness of all vehicles.
15. Monitoring FC,Permit,Tax and Insurance of the all vehicle.
16. Monitoring KMPL of all vehicle.
17. Manage the record of total fleet list.
17. Perform related duties as assigned.
