Position - Transport ExecutiveJD - We are seeking a dedicated School Transport Executive to oversee and manage the daily operations of our school transportation system. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and efficient transport services for students, manage schedules, and coordinate with drivers and staff to maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage school bus routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of students.
• Oversee the maintenance and safety inspections of school buses in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor driver performance, conduct training sessions, and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including routes, schedules, and student ridership.
• Handle parent inquiries and concerns regarding transportation services in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with school administration to address transportation-related issues and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:.
1. Graduate + Relevant experience preferred2.Proven experience in transportation management, preferably in an educational setting3.Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5.Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to school transportation6.Proficiency in transportation management software and MS Office Suite.7.Ability to work flexible hours and handle occasional emergencies or schedule changes. Experience Required - 3 to 4 yearsDate of Joining -Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
