Description
You will be responsible for Transport logistics (TL) activities at the Pune plant for products such as tractors, Sugarcane harvesters, Combine harvesters, rotavators, and balers, as well as for the development of new products planned for the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Manage stockyards for Finished Goods (FG) Inventory, ensuring safe and optimum parking of finished products through 3PL - Independently handle complete outbound logistics and dispatch operations for domestic and export markets - Manage Transporters and establish capacity for transportation as per the sales plan - Maintain freight agreements/contracts for transportation and logistics services - Manage service providers to ensure efficient logistics operations - Implement systems and processes for documentation, ERP, and MIS activities including invoicing, freight bill processing, insurance claim process, E-way bill generation, taxation, and compliance - Adhere to CNH revenue recognition model compliance - Have a deep understanding of state-level transport document requirements and statutory compliance - Ensure proper Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and packaging of shipments - Ensure timely and error-free execution of documents - Ensure stockyard operations follow defined processes and fulfill required infrastructural needs - Control freight costs and improve on-time dispatch & delivery, quality, and safety parameters - Engage with stakeholders such as transporters, dealers, sales & regional office, production, and Quality Experience Required: - 8 to 10 years of experience in the Automotive/Agricultural/Construction industry preferred Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma/BE (Mechanical) or MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Materials management is preferable About Us: CNH Industrial is at the forefront of agriculture and construction, passionately innovating to drive customer efficiency and success.
