Job Description

Transport & Facility Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Transport Management:

Plan and optimize daily pick-up and drop routes for BPO employees.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, routes, and driver schedules.
Coordinate with drivers and staff to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
Monitor traffic conditions and suggest route adjustments for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all transport safety regulations and company policies.

Facility Administration:

Support daily office operations, including upkeep of common areas, equipment, and utilities.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and office supplies.
Maintain records for facility-related expenses and service requests.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and space management as required.

Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare reports on transport usage, incidents, and route efficiency.
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for new joiner transportation and facility needs.
Act as the first point of contact for transport and facility-related employee queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in transport/logistics, facility management, or operations.
Excellent knowledge of Kolkata areas, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Bengali/Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic routing software/tools is a plus.
