Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at Teamware!

Transport/Fleet Management for one of our MNC Client

Location:

Only MALE Candidates

Client: MNC ( Global Consulting Organization )

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with travel vendors for daily operations and ensure smooth and hassle-free services for employees.
Understand the routing and topography of Bangalore and Chennai cities.
Maintain checklists for fleets, vendors, and ETS data.
Address inquiries related to ETS services.
Familiarize with and utilize the current technology system (Route Matic).
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
Should be flexible to work in night shift
Submit accrual reports by month-end.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for night shift travel.
Perform periodic inspections during the night shift.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in ETS management.
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and market trends.
Strong expertise in vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with compliance documentation, company policies, and travel policies, along with the ability to educate employees about these policies.

Core Competencies and Attributes for Success

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Hindi, and the local language.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership, work independently, and make decisions when required.
Capability to support a dynamic and geographically dispersed team.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
