Job description Trygve Logistics is hiring a proactive Transport / Logistics Executive to lead transport operations, coordinate with vendors, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves a mix of office and field work, so the candidate should be comfortable with on-ground presence when required. Experience in last-mile logistics is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily fleet operations, driver scheduling, and supervisor coordination Work closely with vendors to ensure vehicle availability and compliance Maintain customer relationships and service quality Prepare and monitor daily trackers, Excel reports, and performance dashboards Communicate effectively via email and calls Track basic Profit and Loss and assist with cost control Ensure timely deliveries, SOP adherence, and route optimization Requirements: 2+ years in logistics operations (preferably last-mile) Skilled in Excel, operational reporting, and email communication Experience with driver, field team, and vendor management Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Fluent in Hindi; Bachelors degree preferred Willingness to work both from office and on-field as required
