Transport Executive

As an Employee Transport Coordinator for our MNC Client, you will be responsible for various tasks related to transportation services for employees, clients, or guests of the organization. Your role will require you to work in rotational shifts at the office located in Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore, for 6 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the supervisor in handling transportation issues in their absence. - Maintain On-Time Arrival (OTA) and On-Time Departure (OTD) records. - Support data entry tasks in Transportation Management System (TMS), MS Excel, and email correspondence. - Update and provide tracking information to internal managers. - Coordinate transportation services through phone calls, emails, or other communication platforms. - Perform tasks in MS Excel, such as VLOOKUP, Match, Index, HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, pivot tables, IF formulas, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and data formatting. - Plan and schedule transportation routes and arrangements based on requirements and availability. - Communicate transportation details and instructions to drivers and passengers. - Monitor transportation operations to ensure adherence to schedules and safety regulations. - Resolve transportation service-related issues or conflicts promptly. - Maintain records of transportation activities, including trip logs, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption. - Coordinate with transportation vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services. - Provide assistance and support to drivers and passengers as necessary. - Prepare reports and analyses on transportation performance and costs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in employee transportation. - Proficiency in routing protocols. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. You should be open to working in a 24*7 environment. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of transportation services for the organization.,
