To provide comprehensive management of services covering all transport services to the client, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Monday Saturday

General :

The Facility Executive Transport as a minimal shall:-

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation operations and logistics.

2. Develop and manage efficient transportation schedules and routes.

3. Monitor transportation costs and implement cost-saving strategies.

4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

5. Supervise and manage transportation staff and drivers.

6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

7. Resolve any transportation-related issues in a timely manner.

8. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree with relevant experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ industry experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Route Planning
• Proven experience in report writing and making presentations.
• Team Player as well as effective Leader with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in dealing with both internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills – Including MS office, Microsoft Project
