Transport Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily end-to-end
employee transport operations
for multiple shifts
Prepare and manage transport rosters, schedules, and route planning
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and employees to ensure smooth operations
Monitor real-time vehicle tracking using GPS systems
Ensure adherence to timelines, safety protocols, and company policies
Maintain transport records, trip logs, billing, and vendor data
Handle transport-related escalations and ensure timely resolutions
Generate and manage MIS reports for management

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
1 years of relevant experience in employee transportation
, preferably in a
corporate office
or MNC
Strong knowledge of Bangalore city routes and shift-wise transport operations
Proficient in MS Excel and basic transport management tools
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts as needed

Hands-on experience using
MoveInSync

Prior experience in handling
large-scale employee transportation
