Position Overview

Title
: Transitions Manager
Location
: Gurgaon
Shift Timing
: 3 PM to 3 AM
Grade

Job Purpose

transition and transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

Execute transitions using toll gate methodology and risk management frameworks.
Drive change management and independently close projects.
Communicate project status clearly and on time.
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Escalate project risks with mitigation plans.
Support conceptualization and implementation of projects/programs.
Involve in RFx (request for proposal/information) activities if required.

Required Skills & Experience

Education
: Graduate from a reputed university.
Certifications Preferred
: PMP, Six Sigma, LEAN, or digital transformation certifications.
Experience
:

8 to 12 years
of leading transitions in a shared services or 3rd-party environment.
Deep experience with transition frameworks, risk handling, and stakeholder management.
RFx and solutioning exposure a plus.

Soft Skills
:

Strong communication and stakeholder handling
High result orientation and adaptability
Curious and up-to-date with market and industry trends

Technical Skills
:

MS Office, presentation skills
Process improvement/re-engineering knowledge
