Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with senior consultants to support telecom transformation projects and customer strategy initiatives.

Conduct customer journey mapping, process analysis, and gap identification in telecom service delivery.

Assist in designing customer-centric service improvements and value propositions.

Analyze industry benchmarks, market trends, and customer satisfaction insights to drive data-backed solutions.

Support program execution through documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Prepare presentations and deliverables aligned with project objectives and client expectations.

Contribute to workshops, brainstorming sessions, and innovation-led solutioning efforts.

Ensure timely delivery of tasks aligned with overall engagement timelines.

Qualifications Skills

Bachelors Degree or MBA in Business, Telecom, Marketing, or related field.
1-4 years of relevant experience in telecom consulting or customer strategy roles.
Understanding of telecom industry processes (BSS/OSS), customer lifecycle, and CX improvement frameworks.
Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, client-oriented environments.
