Job Purpose

Britannia Industries Ltd (BIL) has kicked of project along with an external consulting firm(Bain & Co.) to transform the current Route to Market. This project will cover key aspects ofour GT sale eco system like Outlet service architect, Portfolio management, Key accountsmanagement, Wholesale program, Sales capability etc. The incumbent will be responsible fordriving execution of various aspects of this project in Region. They will act as changemanagement agent for our field teams & trade partners. This role will require extensivetravelling.

Roles & Responsibility

• Execution Planning:
  

1.1 RTC will be involved in understanding the design principles for each module. RTC
should have deep understanding of each design aspect.1.2 RTC will have to support RTL in planning each phase of execution. RTC needs toleverage his/her field experience to foresee execution challenges & proactively solve forthem.1.3 Provide relevant feedback on each model as per learning from market during earlyphases of scale up.

• Enabling Execution:
  

2.1 Enable AW alignment on RTM transformation during scale up phases by helping the
respective ASE in understanding the models & deliverables.2.2 Educate AW & its team with the purpose & methodology of transformation.2.3 Help in refining of delivery & booking beats received from Region Transformation Lead(RTL) by conducting joint recce of market along with ASE/Sr. ASE.2.4 Explain ASE & AW & team the order booking beats & delivery beats. Solve for anybottlenecks at AW level on Order booking & delivery beat designs.2.5 Train the AW & its team (AWSM & Delivery teams) on various aspects oftransformation like new portfolio split, retail queries on new model, category specifictrainings to achieve project ambition.2.6 Help respective ASE & AW with implementation of new beat designs in phoenix &market, take feedback on any customisation requirement for execution. Work closelywith respective ASM & RTL to get the execution done post alignment.2.7 Provide support to respective ASE & AW in managing operations in early days oftransformation.2.8 Highlight to RTL & War room on support required to streamline the execution.2.9 Build capability of respective ASE or Sr. ASE in managing & continuing thetransformation journey.2.10 Ensure execution play book is adhered during the transformation period.2.11 Work closely with field team on ensuring desired results on RTM outlets,Revenue & ULPO are delivered.
