Accenture measures its success by the 360 value it creates for its clients, employees, shareholders, partners, and communities.About the rolEThe Transfer Pricing Senior Manager supports global compliance and audit defense by preparing and maintaining country local files, analyzing intercompany data, and preparing country ad-hoc reports. The role oversees intercompany transaction data and documentation, ensuring alignment with global regulations and acting as the key contact for internal stakeholders and external providers. Additionally, this role coordinates the full lifecycle of intercompany agreementsproviding input, execution, and governancewhile maintaining centralized repositories and ensuring cross-functional alignmentKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the full transfer pricing cycleincluding data gathering, benchmarking, and local report finalization.Collaborate with the Transfer Pricing Lead and external providers to maintain intercompany documentation, functional analyses, and comparable data.Support Area Tax and Tax Controversy teams in audit defense and local tax planning matters.Provide transfer pricing guidance to the Client Tax Group on client engagement structures.Contribute to tax due diligence and structuring efforts for mergers and acquisitions.Review and update intercompany agreements to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies.Coordinate with internal finance teams to gather financial and operational data for local documentation requirements.Design and deliver internal tax training programs focused on transfer pricing principles and practices.

Maintain a high level of technical expertise and current knowledge of global transfer pricing documentation.Manage transfer pricing positions, resolve issues, document processes, and develop procedures to enhance value and efficiency within the organization.Work cross-functionally to ensure the results of significant transfer pricing transactions and events are properly documented and continuously monitored

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCPA, JD, Masters degree in economics or other comparable training10+ years of combined public accounting and corporate multinational experience.A strong broad knowledge base of transfer pricingTransfer pricing documentation experience in a multinational company or professional services firmFamiliarity/experience in dealing with voluminous data, often with shifting priorities
