Transaction Banking Product Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and managing the success of specific financial products and services. Your expertise will be focused on a particular product line, involving coordination between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. The purpose of this role is to provide specialized knowledge on financial products and services, ensuring a seamless connection between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Providing subject matter expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, explaining features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks, and compliance. - Identifying market trends, new features, regulatory requirements, and risks, analyzing data from sales figures and customer feedback to support product development. - Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on product usage. - Presenting product advantages and features to potential customers to encourage adoption. - Assisting in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content for the product. - Participating in training sessions, workshops, events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest. Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of Global Banking operations. - Experience in stakeholder management across various geographies and functions. - Skills in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
