Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the success of specific financial products and services. Your expertise will be focused on a particular product line, involving coordination between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of Global Banking operations and possess experience in stakeholder management across various geographies and functions. Previous experience with a global Bank is preferred but not mandatory. You will be evaluated on critical skills essential for success in this role, including risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. Based in our Pune office, the purpose of this role is to provide specialized knowledge on financial products and services, ensuring a seamless connection between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing subject matter expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, explaining features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks, and compliance. - Identifying market trends, new features, regulatory requirements, and risks, analyzing data from sales figures and customer feedback to support product development. - Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on product usage. - Presenting product advantages and features to potential customers to encourage adoption. - Assisting in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content for the product. - Participating in training sessions, workshops, events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest. Expectations for Vice Presidents include setting strategy, driving change, managing budgets and policies, delivering improvements, and demonstrating leadership behaviors. For individual contributors, they are expected to be subject matter experts, guide technical direction, lead assignments, and support team members.
