Job Title: Transaction Advisory Associate

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Post-Qualification Fresher)
Experience: Fresher to 3+ years

Job Description:
We are looking for a recently qualified CA to join our Transaction Advisory team. The role involves supporting financial due diligence, valuations, deal analysis, and transaction execution for clients across sectors.Responsibilities:

• Support financial due diligence for M&A, investments, and corporate transactions
• Analyze financial statements, business performance, and cash flows
• Assist with valuation models, forecasts, and financial analysis
• Prepare reports, presentations, and transaction documents
• Conduct industry and company research
• Work closely with senior team members to execute engagements
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in all deliverables

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (financial modelling preferred)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Transaction Advisory : 2 years (Preferred)
• Charted Accountant( CA): 1 year (Preferred)
