Position: Transaction Advisory

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: CA (Fresher or Experienced)

Key responsibilities:

• Due diligence: Perform financial due diligence, including assessing the quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows of target companies.
• Financial analysis and modeling: Create and analyze financial models for transactions, evaluate potential risks, and assess revenue and growth opportunities.
• Reporting and presentations: Prepare due diligence reports and presentations that summarize key findings and recommendations for clients, management teams, and boards of directors.
• Project management: Lead day-to-day project execution, define deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery according to client specifications.
• Client management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, manage expectations, and communicate project updates and findings effectively.
• Business development: Participate in developing proposals, scope of work, and budgets for prospective clients.
• Strategic support: Advise on strategy, integration, separation planning, and value creation opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.

• Analytical skills: High level of analytical ability to assess complex financial data and identify key issues.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Project management: Strong ability to manage projects, deadlines, and multiple work streams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being a driven and ambitious individual.
• Business acumen: Strong understanding of business and commercial concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
