: 10 AM to 7 PM (Fixed Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality standards are met.Conduct call audits and provide actionable feedback to agents.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.Identify performance gaps and recommend process improvements.Work closely with the operations team to enhance customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.Participate in calibration sessions and training activities.Talent Qualification (TQ) / Candidate RequirementsAny Graduate2–3 years of experience in Quality, BPO, KPO, or Call Auditing roles✔ Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and audit skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)Good knowledge of quality frameworks and call monitoring toolsAbility to provide constructive feedbackStrong reporting and documentation skillsGood understanding of call center metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, QA scores, etc.)Ability to work independently and meet timelines📞 Interested Candidates?Drop your resume or contact the provided HR number (9124653751 (HR SOURAV).
