Job Title: Training Support Coordinator

YOE: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days




The Training Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of training batches. This position serves as the first point of contact for any training-related issues and concerns, ensuring a smooth and effective training environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong Office Administration skills to support various administrative tasks, track attendance, and maintain discipline among trainees.


Responsibilities:

• Manage daily attendance of training batches, ensuring accurate records are maintained. • Serve as the primary contact for trainees regarding any technical issues, promptly informing the relevant teams for resolution.

• Address training-related concerns and provide support to trainees, fostering a positive learning environment.

• Track break timings for both trainees and trainers, ensuring adherence to scheduled breaks. • Monitor trainee attendance in the training room during designated training times, ensuring full participation.

• Enforce adherence to training protocols and maintain discipline among trainees. • Document Employee IDs of defaulters and communicate this information to the MLA team for follow-up actions.

• Provide support during assessments, assisting trainers and ensuring a smooth assessment process.


Mandatory Skills:


• Strong Office Administration knowledge, including proficiency in office software and tools.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with trainees and teams.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficient in tracking and reporting attendance and other administrative metrics.



Preferred Skills:


• Familiarity with training management systems and tools.

• Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting processes.

• Experience in a training or educational environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
