As a Training & Placement Officer (TPO), your role involves organizing training programs, workshops, and mock interviews to enhance student employability. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with companies for internships and campus recruitment. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage placement drives as well as career guidance sessions. Tracking student performance and preparing placement reports will also be part of your key responsibilities.
