Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience training students in Automotive Manufacturing technology, with a strong background in Mechanical and automobile subjects.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students as per syllabus in Automotive Manufacturing technology.
Guide and connect with students to ensure their understanding of the concepts.
Develop and implement effective training programs.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
Stay updated on industrial trends and shop-floor practices.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

Job Requirements

Minimum 26 years of age.
Sound knowledge of Mechanical and automobile subjects.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in production, preferably related to the auto industry.
A B.E or Diploma degree is required.
