Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience training students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.

Roles and Responsibility

Train 10th/12th passed out students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.
Guide students as per the syllabus with sound knowledge in Mechanical and automobile subjects.
Connect with students and provide guidance on their progress.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance student skills.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
Stay updated with industrial trends and shop-floor practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in education or training.
Bachelor's degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical and automobile subjects.
Excellent communication and guiding capabilities.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Experience in production, preferably in the auto industry.
Age: Minimum 26 years old.
Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical.
