Training Officer

As a Training Officer, your role involves identifying and analyzing the training needs of security personnel and the organization. You will deliver training sessions through various methods such as classroom instruction, simulation, and on-the-job training. Managing and overseeing the entire training process, from planning and implementation to evaluation, ensuring that training programs meet legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements is also part of your responsibilities.
