Job Description

Role Overview: As a Training Officer-Production (Mechanical/Automobile) at Capital Placement Services in Gurgaon, your main responsibility will be to train 10th/12th passed out students in Automotive Manufacturing technology. You must have a strong knowledge in Mechanical and automobile subjects to effectively deliver training as per the syllabus. Connecting with the students and providing necessary guidance will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for students - Mentor students to enhance their learning experience - Ensure quality assurance in the training process Qualification Required: - Minimum age of 26 years - Updated knowledge about industrial practices and shop-floor operations, preferably in the auto industry - 2 to 7 years of prior experience in Production - Advanced/Higher Diploma qualification in a relevant field Additional Details: This is a walk-in position located in Gurgaon/Gurugram, Delhi / NCR with a salary range of 2 to 4.25 Lacs per annum.,
