(Advisor/Partners/Managers) • Fully responsible of IRDA Training of Advisors & Licensing no of branch. • Responsible for Sales, Training coordination within branch for common business goal drive. • Conducting new hire trainings inclusive of induction. • Educating on on-boarding procedures. • Introducing the concept of Insurance to the new hires. • Drawing a fine line between Insurance and other investments. • Grooming Life Advisors with flair of insurance Requirements Minimum 4 -5 Years of experience Hands on experience in Banking or Insurance products training Good Communication
