Job Description

Position Summary

As part of our continued learning journey post the Mentora intervention, the FIT Sales Training Manager will play a pivotal role in reinforcing selling skills and driving performance outcomes across key locations. This role is designed to provide on-the-job coaching and support to Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring sustained application of learning and alignment with business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coaching & Field Support

Travel across 5 key locations over 12 days to support RMs during live B2B and B2C calls.

Provide real-time coaching focused on:

1. Enhancing call effectiveness.

2. Improving conversion metrics.

3. Supporting Mid and BQ performers with targeted interventions.

Skill Reinforcement & Capability Building

1. Reinforce FIT Sales Inner Mindset & Outer Skill framework through live simulations and feedback.

2. Facilitate role plays, case studies, and sales scenario simulations to deepen learning.

3. Encourage the use of tools such as FAB, SPANCO, SPIN, Sales Filter, and 7 YES Set.

Performance Enablement

Help RMs build confidence in handling diverse sales scenarios including:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

2. Client Meetings & Need Analysis

3. Objection Handling & Negotiation

4. Closing Sales & Relationship Management

Support RMs in creating and executing weekly sales activity plans and go-to-market strategies.

Expected Outcomes

1. Increased confidence and capability in handling diverse sales scenarios.

2. Improved alignment with business KPIs and sales funnel metrics.

3. Strengthened coaching culture and peer learning within the sales ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferably from Hospitality Background

10 to15 years of proven experience in sales training, performance coaching, or sales enablement.

Strong understanding of B2B MICE and B2C sales dynamics.

Familiarity with FIT Sales Selling Skills Workshop or similar frameworks.

Willingness to travel and work closely with field teams.
