Training Manager- Banking- Home Loan Induction& Product Training

Axis Bank (Under Quess Payroll) is hiring Training Managers for Home Loan Department under third party payroll.

• Quantitative Targets

Liaise with all Vertical Heads for their respective Team targets and ensure targets are communicated, necessary trainings covered, and targets met. E.g. Installation target for Sales for New joiners / Tenured resources.Liaise with product and portfolio teams to understand the core and X-sell targets, ensure product level trainings are conducted and ensure FOS is active on all core and X-sell metrices.All training assessments to be completed at the region.Raise Red flag with managers on consistent low performers on core and Xsell Metrices.Basis input from respective Managers and HR, assist for specific training programs for PIP employees to ensure they bounce off the PIP.Ensure the right levels of % Attrition count in the managed region.

Qualitative Targets:

Location wise training coverage, No. of training conducted, No. of resources trained, Training content optimization and planning for productivity improvement of sales resources with regional / zonal / national head inputs.Travel extensively across the region handled to conduct F2F (compulsorily) trainings.Conduct Core & X-sell Product Training. Liaise with X-sell product owners for latest developments and update training Deck.All system level trainings to be conducted and take accountability for attendance, ID creations and correct mapping of ROs, TLs, SMs, DSAs in all necessary systems.Ensure all communications including sales & X-sell target, incentives, updates / campaigns from Central office & X sell teams etc is drilled down to the last FOS.
