Training Facilitator

As a Training Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include deploying various training methods to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the desired learning outcomes. In addition, conducting Leadership and Behavioural workshops will be a crucial part of your role to develop leadership qualities and positive behaviours among employees. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and interact with employees at all levels. Knowledge of calculating Return on Investment (ROI) will be beneficial to measure the impact of training programs on the organization's performance. You will also be responsible for conducting evaluations to gather feedback and improve training initiatives. The ability to create eLearning modules will be advantageous in developing interactive and engaging training materials. Previous experience in conducting Induction programs for new employees will be a plus.
