As a facilitator at Marcus Call Center, you will conduct instructor-led training designed by Instructional Designers, optimize training processes, utilize different learning techniques, support participation, manage disruptive behavior, handle class rosters and completions reports in the learning management system, plan and schedule learning programs, and create break out groups. **Job Summary & Responsibilities:** - Facilitate instructor-led training - Propose suggestions to optimize training processes - Use various learning techniques to help learners grasp material - Support and encourage participation - Manage disruptive behavior - Handle class rosters and completions reports in the LMS - Plan, schedule, and calendarize learning programs - Create break out groups **Basic Qualifications:** - Excellent communication skills - Ability to convey financial services material effectively - Critical and creative thinking skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** - 2+ years of facilitation and instructional design experience - Experience with LMS - Prior experience in Call Center and FinTech Services Goldman Sachs commits its people, capital, and ideas to help clients, shareholders, and communities grow.
