Training Facilitator

You are a passionate and experienced Training Facilitator sought by EMPBindi International Association to deliver high-impact training programs. Your responsibilities include conducting engaging training sessions on various topics such as Entrepreneurship Skills, Digital literacy, Financial Literacy, Sustainable living, and Health using participatory methods to ensure active learning. You will adapt training content to meet the diverse needs of participants and create a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Your role involves incorporating feedback to improve training delivery, collaborating with program staff to align activities with project goals, and contributing to the development of culturally relevant training materials. You will monitor participant progress, provide individualized support, document training activities, and create progress reports. As a Training Facilitator, you must possess good communication and listening skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong organizational skills. Understanding the realities and needs of rural women, proficiency in Hindi and English, and experience in participatory facilitation methods are essential. You should have a passion for learning, creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in challenging situations. Education wise, you must have excellent command of spoken and written Hindi, proficiency in English, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience in a similar position for 2-3 years is desirable, along with knowledge of G Suite. The position is based in Tilonia-Harmada Road, Village Harmada, District Ajmer, Rajasthan, India, with a full-time, permanent job type.
