Training Executive

As a Sales and Customer Success Trainer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive training programs for the sales and customer success teams. Your responsibilities will include creating training materials, conducting live training sessions, and ensuring that the teams are equipped with the necessary skills to drive sales and meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the Learning Management System regularly to enhance its effectiveness. - Develop training content such as cheat sheets, videos, and manuals. - Create tools like "Hose Finder" and "Hose Assembly Code Finder" to facilitate product knowledge. - Update cheat sheets for hose fittings, chemical resistance charts, and conversion tables. - Conduct training sessions on various topics and deliver training videos for product clarification and soft skills. - Provide training on the Learning Management System and ensure successful delivery of training sessions as per schedule. - Define parameters for analyzing past customer history and incorporate them into training to improve processes. - Include real customer inquiries in training scenarios to enhance practical understanding. - Collaborate with different teams to identify training needs and gather feedback on training effectiveness for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of training experience, preferably in a sales or customer service organization.
