Training & Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.

• Assist in designing and developing training materials, presentations, and manuals.

• Track training attendance, feedback, and maintain learning records.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.

• Support the onboarding process by conducting induction and orientation sessions.

• Ensure training programs align with organizational goals and employee development plans.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements

• Maintain training calendars, reports, and documentation.

• Act as a point of contact for trainers, employees, and external vendors.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or L&D (preferred).

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS/e-learning tools.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
