Training & Delivery Excellence Lead

As an Anchor Training & Delivery Excellence Lead at WonderLab, your role will involve inspiring and training a team of young science anchors to ensure that our events are both exciting and of high quality. You will be responsible for onboarding, developing, and nurturing anchors to confidently represent WonderLab. Your love for working with children, content delivery, and education will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct onboarding and training for new anchors - Maintain and improve training modules, anchor scripts, and demos - Evaluate anchor performance and provide structured feedback - Ensure high-quality delivery across WonderLab's public and private events - Support as a senior anchor during key client events - Coordinate anchor scheduling and availability with the operations team Skills & Qualities Required: - Strong public speaking and storytelling skills - Training, facilitation, or teaching experience (preferred) - Structured thinker with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback - Warm, motivating, and approachable presence - A love for science, children, and creative education Qualifications: - Confident public speaker and natural performer, especially around children - Experienced content creator with a flair for education, science, or entertainment - Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing on-ground execution and creative planning - Skilled in Canva, Google Suite, and basic media editing tools - Science background or experience in science communication is a strong plus - Friendly, reliable, and a team player with strong social etiquette - Willingness to travel for events as needed WonderLab offers: - Salary range: 25,000 - 35,000/month (based on experience) - Paid time off and performance-based incentives - Growth opportunities in content, training, and event leadership - Dynamic, creative workspace with a passionate team - Impactful work that inspires thousands of children This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
