Job Description

As a Training Coordinator at LTIMindtree, your role involves executing training programs from start to finish, which includes designing, planning, and implementation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and conducting skill assessments - Creating and maintaining dashboards and MIS reports to track training progress - Managing training facilities and developing monthly training schedules - Establishing and managing vendor partnerships for effective fresher induction training programs - Collaborating with business units for feedback and continuous improvement of training effectiveness - Demonstrating good coordination, facilitation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze training batch data to derive meaningful insights - Working in defined timings and being willing to travel across locations for short durations if required - Candidates with a technical background will have an added advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint - Strong presentation skills You will be expected to work from the office five days a week from 8.30 AM to 6 PM, with Saturday working on a rotational basis as per the organizational policy.
