Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Kochi. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing training programs, developing training materials, conducting employee training sessions, and ensuring effective communication. The role also includes evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and coordinating with different departments to address training needs.

Qualifications

Expertise in Training Coordination, Training & Development, and Employee Training
Strong Communication skills
Experience in developing and conducting Training programs
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively with team members and various departments
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
