Hiring for Training Coordinator

Years of Experience : 3-4 Years

Location : Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Training Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage

    Pan-India training schedules for Retail teams

    , ensuring smooth execution across all regions and stores.
  • Liaise with Regional Retail Managers, Cluster Heads, and Trainers to gather training needs and consolidate schedules.
  • Oversee logistics, nominations, attendance, communication, and training readiness across locations.
  • Ensure timely alignment with business priorities and retail operations while planning training rollouts.
  • Support internal and external facilitators during virtual and classroom sessions.
  • Track and maintain accurate training records, assessments, and certifications (LMS/HRMS).
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and training analytics for management review.

Content Development

  • Develop visually engaging and instructionally sound content: presentations, guides, job aids, SOPs, e-learning storyboards, etc.
  • Create digital modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, or Canva.
  • Revise and enhance existing content based on feedback or business updates.
  • Work with SMEs to gather inputs and convert them into learner-friendly content.

Learning Support & Execution

  • Facilitate pre-training communication, participant engagement, and follow-up activities.
  • Support assessment cycles quizzes, feedback, assignments, and evaluation studies (Kirkpatrick L1–L3).
  • Maintain and update the annual training calendar, tracking progress and adherence.
  • Assist in planning retail onboarding and capability-building journeys across regions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management, especially across

    Pan-India Retail teams

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Comfort working with LMS platforms (Moodle, Litmos, Docebo, etc.).
  • Creativity and proficiency in content design tools (Articulate, Canva, Captivate, Vyond).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
  • Ability to multitask and manage large-scale training operations across multiple regions.
