Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate/analyze and identify training needs to meet the program objectives.

Drive delivery of all the ongoing, new-hire and on the floor trainings.

Publish daily, weekly, monthly reports of trainings and the floor projects.

Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and the required course material.

Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of the training programs

Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies.

Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.

Partner with the stake holders to develop and deliver high quality trainings.

Maintain good administration and support in the day to day tasks.

Key Deliverables:

Responsible for governing new hire training in capital markets domain

Responsible in supporting the training team by providing training facilitation support and/or administrative assistance to any assigned training class.

Work with the new hires during nesting to help them successfully meet operational targets and transition to becoming full-time production agents.

Continuously work on improving facilitation skills and training methodology based on feedback and results from stakeholders.

Digital training artefact design, ownership and maintenance to meet market standards

Impart domain training and develop content, contribute to the training development and delivery activities and partner with the stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate - any stream (Minimum) + MBA (Preferred)

Strong communication, listening, presentation and facilitation skills

1 yr. experience in instructor-led training delivery and governance in Finance industry

Experience in content design

Close attention to detail and ability to deliver output of a very high standard

Proficient in Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office Apps like Word, PPT and Outlook

Keen interest in conducting training, presenting and constantly thriving to work on development of others

Problem solving and decision making skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure ensuring the timelines are achieved.

Familiarity with e-learning and LMS will be an advantage.
