Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Co-ordinator to join our team at

Global Calcium Private Limited, Hosur

. The ideal candidate will have a strong pharmaceutical background and a passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify employee training needs through the TNI (Training Needs Identification) process
  • Organize and deliver effective training sessions based on identified needs
  • Design and implement structured training plans and annual training calendars
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training MIS and provide timely data as required
  • Schedule training sessions efficiently and ensure the availability of appropriate training aids
  • Keep all training records, documents, and registers audit-ready and well-maintained
  • Assist during audits by providing relevant training documentation to the QA team
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all established training SOPs
  • Plan and conduct additional training based on attrition data, OD initiatives, and other feedback inputs
  • Ensure alignment between Job Descriptions and OJT SOPs, identifying and closing any gaps
  • Coordinate with HODs and Managers to complete quarterly Training Effectiveness reviews professionally and on time
Experience: 3–5 Years (Pharma experience is mandatory)
Qualification: UG / PG in Pharma, Chemistry, or EquivalentSkills: attention to detail,gmp,training delivery,training management information systems (mis),training needs identification,documentation,audit compliance,collaboration,training plan design,training,communication
