ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: No Experience required, Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business Administration or an Equivalent. JOB DESCRIPTION: Therole of the Operations Executive is to support the Operations Manager with the implementation and execution of the day-to-day activities and ensure the Training Centre is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. MAIN ROLE: Register and enrol students on courses Verify student prerequisites Liaise with key stakeholders to obtain student information Plan and execute logistical arrangements for students attending courses Answer enquiries by phone and email Generate reports for distribution to internal and external third stakeholders SKILLS TESTING: Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam WORKING DAYS : Monday to Friday.
