3. Key Objectives of the Job

To conduct trainings with both Government & non-government institutions/agencies on CSA/PSE and achieve the Outreach Target set out in the Annual Plan Training Services at Arpan.

4. Core Responsibilities

Conduct trainings with various stakeholders for both government and private sector organizations and institutions.

Respond to field challenges effectively and resolve them and report to the coordinator / manager in a timely manner.

To provide timely mentoring support to trained participants for further training & institutionalizing the PSE programme in their respective schools and organizations.

To write detailed and analytical reports related to the trainings conducted on field.

Support executives and coordinators in arranging logistics for the trainings whenever required.

Update or create training documents on time according to the process document. Examples include summary reports, daily calling sheets, task lists, and mock sheets.

Regularly engage in capacity building sessions to enhance ones skills in content understanding and implementation skills to improvise and strengthen ones trainings for external stake holders.

Update the outstation training account daily and settle the account on time with the finance team with the coordinators and managers approval.

To support coordinators and managers to to pitch for the training program to NGO and school partners as and when required.

Complete any other tasks assigned by the Training Director, Manager, or Coordinator as and when required.

5. Job Challenge

Frequent and Long field travel

Handling high-pressure situation on the field while conducting trainings with various stakeholders.

6. Specialized job competencies

Understanding of the issue of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA), the ability to coordinate, plan, and conduct trainings, experience working with adults and children, and strong communication skills, both oral and written.

7. Educational Qualification

Graduation/ Post Graduation in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, Social work, and other related fields.

8. Desired Experience

Have past work experience of conducting trainings & sensitization on CSA/PSE.

9. Other desired attributes

Inter-personal skills, documentation skills and perseverance.

11. Salary range

Rs. 28,000/- per month + Travel + Therapeutic + Training reimbursement.
