Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer-Tally, located in New Delhi. The Trainer-Tally will be responsible for conducting training sessions for students and professionals on Tally software. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, providing hands-on training, and assessing trainees' progress. The trainer will also modify training programs based on participant feedback and industry standards, ensuring updated and relevant course content.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tally software and accounting principles
• Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and training delivery
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• Certification in Tally or related software is a plus
• Experience in vocational training and skill development preferred
