Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer, located in Jaipur. The Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and conducting training programs for employees to strengthen their skills and knowledge. The role involves identifying skill gaps, creating learning materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Trainer will collaborate closely with teams to ensure continuous development and learning.

• Proven expertise in Training and Development, Curriculum Design, and Knowledge Sharing
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to using digital tools and platforms for training delivery
• Ability to evaluate training outcomes and measure performance improvements
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Familiarity with the insurance sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
