Trainer – SDLC, Git, and Software Project Development

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trainer with expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Git, and basic Figma to mentor and train students/interns. The trainer will also play a key role in guiding interns through real-world software project development, ensuring they gain hands-on exposure to industry practices and collaborative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions on SDLC concepts, version control using Git/GitHub, and basic UI/UX prototyping in Figma.
• Mentor and guide interns during software project development, from planning to deployment.
• Design and structure project-based learning modules, ensuring practical implementation of concepts.
• Monitor intern performance, assign tasks, and provide regular feedback.
• Encourage best practices in collaborative coding, documentation, and testing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in software development, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and project workflows.
• Proficiency in Git & GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Figma (basic UI/UX wireframing and prototyping).
• Hands-on experience in software development projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of interns effectively.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of additional tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms.
• Basic understanding of frontend/backend development frameworks.
• Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or project lead.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
