About The Role

RentoMojo is seeking a passionate and energetic Trainer - Quality & Process to join our growing warehouse team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse staff maintains the highest standards of quality and service and adheres to all company processes. You will develop and deliver engaging training programs related to quality and after sales service

Responsibilities And Ownership

  • Managing the training program in all cities and has to work with helpers/drivers, executives and managers through classroom training, online video viewing and handbook reading.
  • Manage the feedback loop, any escalation or deviation from SOP shall come back to this trainer as feedback and the same needs to be solved through retraining.
  • Subject matter expert for the appliance category
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on warehouse processes, quality control procedures, and policies
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all warehouse staff possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively
  • Coach and mentor warehouse staff Helpers/Drivers on best practices for quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Observe warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement in quality and process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new processes to optimize warehouse operations and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Maintain and update training materials to reflect any changes in policies or procedures
  • Collaborate with the other teams to identify and address quality control issues
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
  • Support the continuous improvement of warehouse operations by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to training programs and quality control procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices related to warehouse operations and quality management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in after sales service.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, quality control procedures, after sales service trainings
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/G Suite.
  • A passion for quality and continuous improvement.
  • A technical background in after sales services of appliances I guess is a plus in this role and this role can also help in content building.
