Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Pan India. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, evaluating participant performance, and providing feedback for improvement. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with the training team to ensure the effectiveness of the programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using training tools and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in the talent development industry is a plus
